EAST POINT, by Souichiro Yamaguchi

In 2002 Souichiro Yamaguchi gave up a commercial and editorial photography career in Tokyo to move to Okayama Prefecture, a relatively rural part of Japan east of Hiroshima. At the time, Yamaguchi had lost his passion for photography. However, he eventually began to photograph again, this time in the eastern part of Okayama where he lives. The resulting b/w landscapes in this book are the result.

Hardcover, 27cm x 23cm, 84 pages, 78 b/w plates. Afterword by artist in Japanese and English. Limited print run of 600 copies.
