We aim to ship worldwide, although some restrictions may apply. Please inquire for your destination.

We offer several shipping options at different prices and service levels. The best way to obtain a shipping quote is to add the items to your cart. When viewing the cart contents press the button "shipping quote" and the prices for all the options will be displayed.

We recommend shipping by EMS Express Mail Service which is fast, reliable and secure. All packages will be insured and their status can be checked on the web. Transit times generally range from 2-5 days, depending on location and entry formalities at the destination country.

Small packet airmail is generally the best-value option, offering good speed at relatively low price. However, it does not include insurance or trackability of the package and should you prefer to have the parcel sent via EMS (insured trackable express service and around 50% more expensive than standard air mail), please choose accordingly at checkout as we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed items.

As a low budget option we offer Surface Air Lift (SAL), an inexpensive, low-priority air mail service with around 2-3 weeks transit time. Again this type of package is neither insured nor trackable and we do not take responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit.

As an ultra-low budget option aimed at heavy items such as paper we offer Surface Mail service with around 2 months transit time. Surface Mail items have limited insurance depending on weight as follows: up to 5kg - JPY 11.160, up to 10kg - JPY 15.170, up to 15kg - JPY 19.190, up to 20kg - JPY 23.200 and so on. We do not take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit that exceed these insurance amounts.

The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of the order. The fee is calculated automatically and added to the total amount at the time of checkout, where you can choose your preferred shipping method.

Small packet airmail and SAL have a weight limit of 2kg per package and larger orders must be sent via EMS. Once again the shop software will factor this in automatically.

Orders are being shipped generally daily on a best-effort basis, subject to stock availability and other factors, so please allow around 1-2 weeks time for delivery using small packet airmail and EMS and around 2-3 weeks for SAL.

Orders under Y1500 incur a Y500 low order charge.

Depending on destination, goods may be liable to customs duty. It is the customer's responsibility to fulfil customs obligations. We are not responsible for, nor can we pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer.

Returns are accepted only on a discretionary basis. A 10% (minimum Y2000) fee will be deducted for processing returns and all postage including the original postage charge must be paid for by the customer. Film products are generally not acceptable for returns due to storage considerations.
