60-minute DVD released in October, 2008, documenting Daido Moriyama as he wanders through the streets of Sao Paulo, Brazil shooting with his Ricoh GR and other cameras. There is very little spoken dialogue in the film, so the absence of any English subtitles is not a problem. Basically, for 60 minutes we follow Moriyama as he wanders through Sao Paulo, both on foot and by car.
The images Moriyama shot while in Brazil are currently being exhibited in Tokyo as part of a joint exhibition with Magnum photographer Miguel Rio Branco, who photographed in Tokyo as part of a cultural exchange between Japan and Brazil celebrating the 100th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Brazil.
Please note that this is a region-free DVD.
